I adore this beautiful family of three. Happy 1/2 birthday Sadie Lynn. What a perfect afternoon by the downtown Plymouth, NC waterfront.
Erin married the love of her life, Will, this past Saturday in Topsail Beach, North Carolina. Their barefoot ceremony was absolutely exquisite and I look forward to sharing images with you later on this month.
What I can share, however, are Erin's stunning bridal portraits that took place in Wilmington, NC at this incredible venue called Belle Vue. The owner of this venue, Ray Baca, offered warm hospitality, a changing room, a pretty hanger for the dress, tables, plus whatever we needed! This incredible space was perfect as hot and unpredictable stormy summer afternoons are quite common and offered as an elegant and cool backdrop for Erin's bridals. Erin brought along her grandma and mother—both of whom adored watching Erin effortlessly radiate as bride in front of the camera.
As the day cooled, we made our way over to Wrightsville Beach to do a few coastal photographs and my goodness, she looks like a dream! The wind made every photo look dramatic and poetic. Basically...I am obsessed with everything about Erin's bridal portrait collection and you'll see why as you scroll down. Congratulations to you Erin, for becoming Mrs. Will Kornegay! My heart is so full of love and gratitude for both you and your husband.

Beyond thankful that Erin and Will asked me to document the day that they became husband and wife! Their intimate wedding in Topsail Beach was a night to remember. I cannot wait to edit their images with glee. Congrats you two beautiful souls!!!
Laura and Tim tied the knot on Saturday, July 22, 2017 in a beautiful little town called Carthage, NC. The wedding took place at Laura's childhood church and the celebration followed at Whispering Pines Country Club. Everything about their day was magical—the weather, flowers, the stained glass windows in the church, the hilarious bridal party and even the sunset. I can count on one hand how many sunsets I've actually been able to capture with a couple so it is a photographer's dream when the schedule, weather and mood all allows for it. Laura and Tim were so laid back throughout their special day making all of their guests feel at ease everywhere they went. I can't thank them enough for including me in such a momentous milestone and I wish them a thousand congratulations for becoming husband and wife!!
Their wedding made possible through some very incredible vendors!
