This beautiful princess of a bride became a married woman last night to her husband Tim. Everything about their wedding day was magical. I will put more wedding details in their wedding blog after I edit their photos. Stay tuned! This post is about her bridal portraits that took place in June at her childhood church, First Presbyterian Church, which is where she got married in downtown Carthage, North Carolina. The second half of her portraits took place at a new country club 10 minutes down the road. Her childhood church has incredible character and beauty —creating the perfect backdrop for the first half of her bridal portraits. I got a preview of how it would be like when she finally walked down the aisle. I could envision the guests rising and turning to look at her with awe on their faces. I could see her now husband Tim's face be hit with this moment of realness and happiness. And that's exactly what happened yesterday evening. It was truly a moment of love between the bride and groom. I can't thank this beautiful couple enough for including me in this special milestone. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Faircloth!! I look forward to adoring your wedding photos in the coming weeks as I edit tirelessly! ![]() The stained glass features at this church were dreamy! A different perspective of a lovely bride. Had to get that bannister shot! Look at that sincere smile—happiest bride ever! One of my all-time favorite veil shots!! I loved how thoughtful Laura was in wanting to get a photo specifically as a gift for her Mom + Dad. (Her mom had gone to the bathroom during this moment so she had no idea!) Look how adorable she is. The red and greens in the background make for a beautiful soft image. These colors are complements so naturally they make the bride look startlingly beautiful!
