Allow me to introduce you to the McKenna Family.
This is a family that's close to my heart because two of these gorgeous humans are good friends from Jess and I's days of living in Charlotte back in 2015. Pat and Barrett have genuine and amazing hearts and have always kept in touch with us despite the distance. They also had their son in the last year so we're all in the same stage of life: full throttle of first-time parenthood. They also welcomed niece a few months ago so I couldn't believe how well these youngin's did in the late afternoon! I have a theory that the ocean is a natural noise machine and keeps babies calm because they were thriving during this portrait session in Kure Beach, NC. So thankful to have seen these sweet friends and meet some of their family for the first time!
